We are pleased to announce that we now have been joined by one of the paella gods, a paella master with a lengthy and successful career, who has served as a reference benchmark on numerous occasions in his land, to present the Valencian Community through its gastronomic culture as an open land and with sophisticated cuisine.

He is a classical yet industrious paella master who in his pursuit to continue learning and improving. That is why the saffron which has so captivated him to enrich his work ... and we are delighted as it helps us grow and disseminate the correct use of our Azafrán DESBRÍN (Spanish saffron), a very important matter to recuperate the use of this magnificent spice.
